Chelsea legend, Frank Lampard set ‘to be appointed as new coach at Stamford Bridge

The Chelsea  legend, Frank Lampard is set to be appointed as the new manager of Chelsea 

within the next two days.

 Frank Lampard and Jody Morris will return to Chelsea 'within 48 hours'

According to Report, The former Blues midfielder is set to return to Stamford Bridge alongside his current Derby No 2 and former Chelsea player Jody Morris, with their roles set to be announced in the next 48 hours.

The former Blues midfielder, 41, impressed in his lone season as boss of the Rams, taking the club to the play-off final.

Frank Lampard is Chelsea’s record scorer with 211 goals in 648 matches and one of the Blues’ best players ever, winning 11 major trophies with the club including three Premier League titles and the Champions League.

Furthermore, his record with youngsters – particularly with Chelsea loanees Mason Mount and Fikayo Tomori – has convinced also the Blues hierarchy he is the man for the job.
